All real estate fees are a single set fee determined by square footage. This fee includes a photographer on site and a CD of lightly edited images delivered to you in a timely manner.
On Location Fee:
$100 for a house up to 2,000 sq ft
$150 for a house between 2,000 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft.
$200 for a house over 4,000 sq ft
Pleasenote, all fees do not include tax.
Travel Expenses: We follow the IRS mileage reimbursement rate for all properties.
